All art is owned by Wednesday Arts, LLC who partners with Printful and Art of Where for print-on-demand, dropship services.
Custom printed orders are non-refundable.
All orders are held for 12 (twelve) hours before they start processing to allow time for cancelations. You can cancel an order by notifying the shop by using the Contact Us page. Art of Where and Printful items cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Printful production times are ~5-7 days. Art of Where production times are ~10-13 days. Production time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays.
Only shipping within the United States is available at this time. All items are shipped via USPS unless noted otherwise. Tracking is available on all orders. Shipping cost for a returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your package leaves the print studio, it is the responsibility of the Carrier. Damage caused by the Carrier or by careless opening is not the responsibility of Art of Where, Printful, or Wednesday Arts. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, a claim can be opened. If your package is of high value, you may be able to add additional insurance to it. Contact us if you would like to insure your order or if your package arrived damaged.
